We had very bad experiences with two different flooring companies and Lance went above and beyond to help us. Lance is one hard worker. He showed up on time and was able to email a quote to me within 24 hours. He kept me up to date with a carpet delivery problem, which had nothing to do with him. His hard working employees were able to move furniture effortlessly, install carpet to perfection and even vacuum when finished installing. In my view, Lance went over and above to provide great service and excellent carpet installation.

There is nothing worse than living out of town and needing a contractor/repairman in Siesta Key! I had flooring installed in our vacation/rental property and had a few repair issues as a result of the storms that passed thru. Calls ,texts and e-mails. to the company I had used went unanswered. I was frantic! I called my flooring provider and was given Lance's name, as a solid recommendation. He immediately responded to my texts, called me back promptly, repaired the floors, and made several trips to make sure the floors were in perfect shape!! Later when I put the property up for sale, and had a small water leak fro IRMA, a call to Lance was immediately answered. Lance dealt with my realtor as well as the management company of the condo. He was truly a life saver!!! His prices are wonderful and his work even better! We ALL could not be more pleased! I am only sorry he does not live near my home town so I could use him again and again!
