Review: Hello,

I purchased a wedding dress for $2,500, and after in store alterations and taxes, the price out the door was $3,000. The zipper on the back of the dress was defective, and broke hours before walking down the aisle, essentially ruining a wedding day that cost $40,000. We were told by [redacted] in the store we purchased the dress from that the L'Fay Bridal owner ([redacted]) would make this right, but the owner [redacted] is refusing to reimburse.Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for the defective product.

Review: I bought and paid in full for a wedding dress in June 2013 by credit card. I called several times in June and July and e-amiled the shop on July **, 2013. L'Fay sold the sample dress and was getting a sample in in my size and would call me when it came in. No calls. No dress. No response from a certified letter shop received on April **, 2014. My wedding has come and gone.Desired Settlement: I paid my credit card off in full so I want the refund sent to me.
