If I could rate this company it would be a "Stay Away". The week I was there I knew this company was not ran right and lead to me being jobless due to their "Trial Week" for possible new hires. I have never heard of a "Trial Week" by any company but lesson learned. No reputable company would ever entertain that type of hiring idea. Needless to say, I was let go due to no communication as to what my goals were for that day or week. The office manager texted me that they had to let me go due to production, when he knew I had caught food poisoning and kept him in the loop about my doctor's appointment. Thier "Core Values" sound great if they were actually implemented. Now I am jobless due to this "Trial Week" and just want to warn others.

I would like to speak about the poor customer service when they know they are selling products that doesn't work. First when I got the machine everything is in Chinese writing not a word of English on a machine yhe machine NEVER worked correctly the DTP-12 costing me $8,000 for something that don't work it's not the same machine that they advertised on your company page website I call customer service no response back about the situation called several times and no answer and when I made a complaint about the machine all of a sudden is gone off their website now PLEASE BEWARE

The customer has already been refunded and the product in question has already been sent to the customerWhen he placed his order we were out of stock of the productAfter the customer emailed a complaint to LFA Machines DFW his refund was issued and our UK office fulfilled his order because we are still out of stock in the USHis actions now are solely an attempt to cause harm to our business.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: The resolution of my order only came as a direct response from my personal efforts to bring the shortcomings of this company to light on their public social media pagesThis action was taken days after my initial complaint with the Revdex.comThe damage to the company's image is a direct result of their own failure to resolve this matter privately and in a timely mannerI have no doubt that if I had not taken to social media this matter would still be unresolvedI no longer require any further action from the company and my sole interest now is for LFA Tablet Presses to be held accountable for their behavior so others will not experience the same frustration as myself
