It is a good business they have supported me in setting up my manufacturing. I had some issues learning how to use the press but it is working now.
I placed an order online with LFA Tablet Presses on 12/08/17 for a handheld tablet press that cost $40. I paid for my order in full at that time, shortly after I received a request from their sales team for a copy of my photo ID and completion of a form detailing what I will be using their product for. It is now 02/08/18 and I have yet to receive the product that I have already paid for. To add insult to injury the company now has a photo copy of my ID and personal information. With how they have failed in completing a very small order I have zero confidence in this company in handling my private information.
The customer has already been refunded and the product in question has already been sent to the customer. When he placed his order we were out of stock of the product. After the customer emailed a complaint to LFA Machines DFW his refund was issued and our UK office fulfilled his order because we are still out of stock in the US. His actions now are solely an attempt to cause harm to our business.Regards

I am rejecting this response because: The resolution of my order only came as a direct response from my personal efforts to bring the shortcomings of this company to light on their public social media pages. This action was taken 45 days after my initial complaint with the Revdex.com. The damage to the company's image is a direct result of their own failure to resolve this matter privately and in a timely manner. I have no doubt that if I had not taken to social media this matter would still be unresolved. I no longer require any further action from the company and my sole interest now is for LFA Tablet Presses to be held accountable for their behavior so others will not experience the same frustration as myself.
