Revdex.com: The fence is presently being installed, and this has become a null complaint.I feel that Lezamiz has failed to manage the contract successfullyIf that is not legally solvent, I retract my prior statement regarding Lezamiz's legal requirementsAt the core, this is an issue of poor service and communicationTo be given the choice of opting out of the lease months into it rather than holding Parkwood Estates accountable is ridiculousAnd we, as tennets, have few to no avenues of speaking with Parkwood Estates directly Regards, [redacted]
The complaint states that Lezamiz has failed to deliver on the contractual requirements of their leasewe do not have a contract with *** ***He has a contract with the owner to lease their propertyWe have a contract with the owner to manage the propertyWe have no contract to install
lawns or fencesThat is between the owner and the builder. We have no control in the agreement between the owner and the builder as to when the yards or fences would be installedThe e mails that *** *** did receive from us, was information relayed to us from either the owner or the builderWe simply pass on the information given to us from the owner and/or builderThe owners did offer *** *** as well as the other tenants the option to be released from their lease if they were unhappy and no one has taken this option. If that is not legally solvent, I retract my prior statement regarding Lezamiz's legal requirements. At the core, this is an issue of poor service and communication. To be given the choice of opting out of the lease 7 months into it rather than holding Parkwood Estates accountable is ridiculous. And we, as tennets, have few to no avenues of speaking with Parkwood Estates directly.
