Review: Leyva Auto Body has had our vehicle for over a year for a paint job. The owner very rarely will return phone calls or text messages. Upon trying to receive our vehicle, we have been lied to multiple times and the owner repeatedly makes up excuses as to why we cannot get our vehicle and sets up meetings with us, but does not show up for us to collect our car. He doesn't work at the shop full time, making it hard to drop in and track him down. Upon our last surprise visit to him at his shop, he was there, but claimed he did not have the key to access the shop. He said he would run home and grab the key, but never returned, and only after waiting quite a while at the shop, did he send a text message telling us the car was not done. We asked him to return and let us take our vehicle regardless of the condition. He will not respond to our requests.Desired Settlement: We would like our car back and a full refund for all services not rendered.
