Lexy is extremely slow to respond to emails (if they respond at all) and no one ever seems to be available at their support lineBeen working with them and [redacted] on a case for over a year and no solutionFinally recieved an email stating they had released an order for a refund for me (which one would assume means they know what refund they are releasing, to whom, and for how much), but then I recieved a final email clearly denoting that they had no idea what the refund was for - they were going to be trying to refund the money to a card that has since been deactivatedI asked what we would need to do so that I may recieve the refund and they have not responded since If possible, I would avoid doing business with this company, and as such, avoid doing business with companies that make use of their services (Namely [redacted] )My experience with them has been hap-hazard, unprofessional, and futile
