Lexus of Smithtown

I was in a rush to buy the vehicle, because O got in the crush out of my home state. At the first meeting with the salesman everything looked great but after that it was a total disaster from buying experience to receiving (or not) my registration for what I've paid. They waited till the last day to notify me that I need to overpay additional sales taxes. Vehicle was delivered to me wit no oil change or detailing, despite of being sold as certified. Salesman never specified to me how to get inspection done in my state, so I almost ran out of temp license plate and after that all the paperwork was not sent to the specified address what have cost me additional thousand dollars of expense on travelling. Dealership never called me back with the updates on the paperwork. very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
