Lexus of Smithtown has had a representative call me several times but the matter remains unresolved because
Lexus of Smithtown is requiring I sign a document prepared by their attorney that I have not seenSmithtown of Lexus has offered to pay for 50% of my out of pocket repair bill and wants me to sign a document prepared by their attorneySmithtown of Lexus has not settled this matter and I plan to take legal action if this matter is not resolved soon

Review: I exchanged my leased 2012 Lexus E 350 after 2 years for 2012 Lexus E 350 on June *, 2014. I had already paid monthly payment for month of June 2014. My old 2012 Lexus E 350 car officially owned by Lexus of Smithtown (the dealer) on June *, 2014. Frank G[redacted] (General Sales Manager) of the dealer was involved in the transaction. He agreed to pay month of June lease payment of $586 to me. Half of the amount was immediately credited to my [redacted] credit card and the remaining half amount would be credited towards future service charges.
My husband checked the credited amount on the dealer’s computer in May 2015 when he was at the dealer for car inspection. He did not get a print of the credit document not ever imagining that the dealer’s computer would be prone to data loss. On Sept. ** when my husband went for service, the dealer’s computer had wiped the credit and there was no credit of $293 to me. Frank G[redacted] had no document in his possession that indicated the agreement of $293 that the dealer owed me. Frank G[redacted] had no memory of the agreement and refused to pay $293.
However I have a document “WE OWE” from the dealer for $293 for “Making ½ of June Lexus Payment”.Desired Settlement: REFUND A CHECK FOR $ 293.

Review: PURCHASES A CERTIFIED, PREOWNED 2011 LEXUS 350 WITH 36,000 MILES FROM LEXUS OF SMITHTOWN. THE CAR PASSED THE LEXUS 161 POINT CHECKLIST WHICH INCLUDED "BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS......TIRE TREAD.
AFTER I DROVE THE CAR ONLY 4,000 MILES, THE "CERTIFIED LEXUS" NEEDED NEW BRAKE PADS AND NEW TIRES. MY MECHANIC INFORMED ME THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WHERE ORGINALS, WERE NEVER CHANGED BY LEXUS. SAME FOR THE TIRES. BOTH WERE BIG SAFTEY ISSUES AND I NEARLY CRASHED THE CAR.
THE LEXUS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! HIRE YOUR OWN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO INSPECT ANY PREOWNED LEXUS FROM SMITHTOWN. I WAS DUPED BY A SMOOTH SALESMAN AND A GREEDY [redacted] WHO DOES NOT STAND BY HIS OWN CERTIFICATION. I AM VERY UPSET AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEM AND THEM TELLING ME THEY WILL DO NOTHING. THIS PREOWNED CAR COST ME OVER $26K.Desired Settlement: I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS REPAIR BILL AND BE TREATED FAIRLY. NEXT STOP IS SMALLS CLAIMS COURT. AND A LETTER TO THE LEXUS PARENT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP.
