Review: This Dealer ripped me off for $1200.00. This is not acceptable customer service. I took my 2002 Lexus [redacted] 4 Wheel Drive License Plate [redacted], which needed to have some work done on it to get my vehicle running because it had been sitting for a while and had not been driven. The Dealer did not perform a diagnostic test on my vehicle. [redacted] and [redacted] who is the Service Manager advised me that I needed a battery and brakes, after speaking to one of the technicians he advised me in private that I did not need brakes, they just needed to be cleaned. After, taking the funds to repair my vehicle, before I drove it home, a light came on so I immediately drove the vehicle back to the dealer, [redacted] advised me that I needed to replace (4) bulbs. So I did that also. One day later after I registered the vehicle, put insurance on it, It started to run with a high idle so I had the vehicle towed back to the dealer, This time [redacted] advised me that it was my Transmission. Which would cost me an additional $4000. This is unacceptable customer service!!!! I did not have the transmission put in, and I decided to speak with the Service Advisor [redacted], who advised me she had no power and referred me to [redacted]. He said unfortunately there was nothing he could do to compensate me.Desired Settlement: REFUND
