attached is a signed copy of the original contract that I signed at lexus of englewood. the copy that they provided me with the wrong miles is not signed. Im not interested in who and why they send the unsigned copy and why lexus accepted it. This is what I signed in person with a witness present. I will ask you again to correct the miles before this goes any further

We are reviewing as a transportation company and pick up vehicles from this locationWe called this pick up location on Wednesday afternoon to confirm this vehicle and they confirmed the vehicle is ready for pick upWe told the lot keeper our driver will be there on Friday for pick up this vehicleWe texted the lot keeper on Friday morning and let him know our driver will pick up this vehicle on that dayThe lot keeper "Joe" let us know the pick up time is 10am to 5pmWe texted him mins before our driver get thereWhen our driver arrived, they told our driver he have to wait or reschedule again - which our driver already waited there over an hourWe sent our "white" driver there before which have no problemHowever, we sent a "color" driver there this time, they gave our driver a hard time and make him waited over hours and walked a few block back to his truck

Aileen I never heard of her til the same week I made this complaintI spoke to Mr ***, weeks after buying the car to.d hi the stress I'm gong through because my brand new car had a fuel pump defect and was in service at my nearest LexusI said can you do me a solid, a favorChad had me send him copies of tickets, and can you please help me out with thisI told him your worker directed me wrong way I told him I wanted palisades north to, NYHe said"I understand my guys messed up well cut you a check" I told him Chad had the email.if he changed his mind then say that not that he never spoke to meThen I never test drove the car nor was I offered, Chad the sales guy told me the Monday I bought it that it was buried in snow they will have it nice and clean the next dayRight before I signed all the financial papers which I did dispute the price and loan percentage, Chad gave me another figure.he took me to see the car in the garageValet or service guy took it out when I was leaving showed me a few things and gave me the direction that lead me wrong wayI didn't expect them to lie right now Aileen has no idea of all this.lexus customer satisfaction was the people that were trying to satisfy me because I have a defected car, a brand new car.When I spoke to a Diane in Lexus satisfaction, I told her about the tickets and what I spoke to *** *** aboutShe did say ok that's between you and him if he offered thatSo Aileen should admit she is lyingAll I wanted was a solid on the ticketsShe said she understands one toll, then send the check to me for One! I am rejecting this response because: I m paying per month but only because the lease payments are based on the total price of the car there for Lexus of englewoo over price the car for more than $ The car was advertised on *** for $Thas why I went to tha dealer so how the total price is $But in stead I want a les expense car they have a black car for so I make a deal on the car but wen I drove the car home the head light and driver side mirror swebiling all the way home and light off so Thas wen everything star to go wrong interior was rip and dirty Next day I call but was a Sunday the dealer was closeSo I call my sales person and explain the problem he said to bring the car back to take a look so they said they will order the Parst but I was not ok so I look into the car that I have the problem now.
