Review: My wife initially contacted internet sales representative, [redacted], in order to begin researching the current lease offer involving the Lexus [redacted]. Several email communications were made. Eventually I credit application was completed just to be under my name. Unfortunately, the dealership completed a hard credit inquiry on both me and my wife, despite it being made clear to only submit my name. When we brought this error to their attention, **. [redacted] did attempt to remove the inquiry under my wife. We continued with the process by attempting to obtain a quote for a trade which would be used for the lease offer. I submitted the VIN number and pictures. We were contacted by Sales Manager, [redacted] in regards to discussing "numbers." The proposed offer for the trade was too low and we decided to abandon the trade and lease. We requested the results of our credit inquiry and what the resulting ter** would be on several occasions. We requested written notification of the hard credit inquiry.

Our complaint is that we never received written notification of our credit inquiry and credit application. We never received our credit score. We never received the ter** of the lease offer I was approved for by Lexus financial.Desired Settlement: We request that the results of our credit application and inquiry (ie credit score and lease offer ter** we were approved for). Please shred the credit application and delete any other personal and confidential information regarding our potential transaction their system.
