We are enclosing a copy of the refund that was issued to his new insurer on 12/03/14. Mr. [redacted] has no standing to the funds, as the owner of the company he assigned these funds to [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was never spoken to in a rude manner. We see his desired outcome was for the funds to be returned and they were evidenced by the copy of the attached check we are providing. Thank you in advance for your understanding of the facts in this matter as Lexon Insurance Company violated no contractual issue with Mr. [redacted]
