April 12, 2018Dear Ms ***:On March 1, Ms*** came my to dealership test drove the Ford Explorer and liked the vehicle.She than proceeded to purchase the vehicle that had a buyers guide stating AS IS No Dealer Warranty as well as the Bill of sale and a third sheet stating As Is Sold
without Warranty.Ms*** signed and initialed all sheets.Since we does not have a dealership warranty she purchased a third party warranty thru CARS Protection Plus.She was informed to go thru the warranty company to see about the repairs of the vehicle.Enclosed you will find all the sheets showing that she acknowledged that there was no dealership warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase.Regards,Lexi’s Auto Sales & Service
