Mr*** contacted the Company’s Customer Service department on January 9, to inform us that the policyholder, Mrs***, had passed away on January 5, 2018. The Company mailed a claim packet to Mr*** on January 10, The Company received all required information to
begin processing the claim on February 8, The claim process was completed and the claim was paid on February 22, 2018. On February 23, 2018, the Company’s Customer Service department placed a phone call to Mr*** to inform him of the payment status and mail date
