Review: When we had looked at the listing for this home it had a garage with it, and when we had met the realtor he had told us that all of the lawn equipment that was inside of the garage came with the home. We even had the realtor check a second time with the sellers realtor to make sure that indeed the lawn equipment came with the home. Again the realtor said yes everything inside the garage came with the purchase of the home. The same day we were to sign the contract we were told that the lawn equipment was not included in contract because they did not want it to be included into the appraisal. Two weeks before we were to close on the house all of the lawn equipment that was in the garage was gone. When we call the realtor very concerned his response was that they were not in the contract and that he had known for two weeks the homeowners were coming to take the lawn equipment and were were never notified or contacted about this and the change in our agreement. Then the realtor had spoke with us and states that he had got a good price on the house so we should not be upset about the lawn equipment.Desired Settlement: We would like to either have the original lawn equipment returned which was two riding lawn mowers and one push mower. Or compensated with a used riding lawn mower. When we had a greed to the price and contract we were told multiple times that the lawn equipment was included with the house/in the price. If we were told before hand that there was even a chance we would not be getting the lawn equipment we would have not agreed to the price. I feel like the lawn equipment was used lock us in.
