dear:Mr.***We dont want any body to feel stupid we ask for our customers to go back to the dealer and change the order because is a contract the customer read and sign exlpains every thing in the contract.Mr[redacted] did go to the sales man and change the order it was up to Mr [redacted] and the dealer to work something out about the 10% the 1storder the carport was bigger was more money down the 2nd.was smaller less 10% so it was up ti the customer to tell the dealer to give it backand that is why Tri-State Carports call Mr [redacted] to explain the manager was never rude or care less to Mr [redacted] orany other customer we always go over the order with the customer to be sure everything is goodTri-State Carports dose not have the money and cant reduce the carport pricethank you
This is the typical response that I expected I pay 10% for a carport this company is not delivering the carport and I am not getting my money back This is fraud and I will pursue it as such They can blame the dealer all they like, but he is the face and the representative of their company These people are selfish and rude, and they are also liars Regards, [redacted]
