Review: I was going to have a procedure with this company. On July **, 2015. My brother past away and went and told the [redacted] and employee who took all my information for the surgery, that I needed to cancel my surgery and get my $6,000.00 back. As I needed to help my mother to pay for the funeral. I went in to the office on 5/**/15 spoke to them about the death. I was told to return to the office with proof of the death. I submitted the letter from the funeral home to the [redacted] on 6/*/15 and they told me to give them 10 days and the refund would be back in my checking account. They request a death certificate which I told them as per HIP-PA they were not entitle to this because my brother was not their customer. They said no problem, the [redacted] said to call on 6/**/15 and they would update me on my return. Since 6/**/15 no one in this office answers my phone calls. I was able to speak with the employee [redacted] who took my information and money for the procedure via text, because she does not return my phone calls either. On Monday 6/**/15 she text me she would find out an update for me, but has not returned my calls or text.Desired Settlement: Refund my money I do not want the procedure nor desire any other type of procedure done. I would like my

$6, 000.00, return to me immediately.
