Terrible service , they keep delaying and do nothing but take your money

I hired LL to handle my credit score and help fix problems with creditors and old accountsI paid an initial fee of $then $per month I was asked to send them copies of my credit reports so they could begin to resolve issuesThree months later, after some success, I asked to cancel my accountThey recommended I change my account to a "report watch" account for $per month so they could continue monitoring my credit, so I didTwo weeks ago I asked them (in writing) to cancel my account altogetherNo response from themSo I submitted my request two days later via their client portalThe next day I was charged the $I wrote my service rep and asked for a refund and cancellationThey still have not respondedI have contacted my bank to look into the issue since they have my debit card number they will continue to charge me otherwiseOver $and I still didn't get the help I needed

"Lexington Law" took $99.95 out of my account on 11/20/2015 without my authorization. "Credit Repair"? I have no need for credit repair since I AM GOING THROUGH BANKRUPTCY!!!! MY CREDIT WAS ALREADY MESSED UP!!!!

Contacted the company and they are playing stupid. Yet I already sent them a copy of the charge. What the HE**!!!!

This has caused me to not be able to pay my other bills. They have offered NO REFUND!!!

So on 11/24/2015 since I can't pay a particular bill I am going to be incarcerated.
