I RECEIVED A SHUTOFF NOTICE FROM LEXSERV IT IS A SEWER/SANITARY BILL, HOWEVER, THEY CUT YOUR WATER OFF IF YOU DON'T PAYUNREASONABLE PAYMENT SCHEDULE
I RECEIVED A DAY SHUTOFF NOTICE DATED 1/4/TO PAY OR MY WATER WILL BE CUTOFF AND I DON'T HAVE ITTHIS IS A SEWER BILL BUT LEXSERV WANTS TO SHUTOFF MY WATER WHICH IS A DIFFERENT, BILLI TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE IT'S NOT RESPONDING TO THE AMOUNT I WANTED TO PAYI DON'T WANT MY WATER CUTOFF WHEN IT SHOULD BE THE GARBAGE COLLECTION, BELIEVE I CAN PAY LESS CONTRACTING SOMEONE ELSEI BELIEVE I'M BEING OVERCHARGE BEFORE THE THIS CHANGE I WAS PAYING ROUGHLY $NOW NEARLY $THIS IS NOT RIGHTIF I'M WILLING TO MAKE PAYING I SHOULD BE ABLE TO THESE PEOPLE SHOW NO COMPASSION AND LEXSERV SHOULD BE DISCONTINUE AND ALL BILL SHOULD GO BACK TO K.A.W.CONE BILL INSTEAD OF TWOOVER BILLING

LexServ told me my bill would be due on the 28th, the 28th fell on a weekend so I called this morning to pay it and they said it was late I tried paying it this morning and they wouldn't take it saying it was late I asked previously if I could pay it when my payment arrangement was due and they said it would go to my past due amount that I had to pay it on the 28th These are a bunch of crooks that just lie to people and love to cause stress as often as they can If someone is TRYING to pay their bill why not take the money!?! Why lie to people continuously? Just be straight forward and tell people like it is I just don't understand It is health threatening to cut someone's water off I am a nurse and know

I can't get my recycling picked up Been going on for a year and a half now
Today, 11/28/I got home to find my recycling hurby curby, yet AGAIN, filled to the rim and not picked up on the day it was supposed to be picked up This has been an on-going fight since I first moved in, and I have been trying to get STABLE service I have filed complaint after complaint, after complaint, to get yelled at, cussed at, and hung up on, for just trying to get what I PAY FOR!!
