I'm 64, have shopped for a new vehicle 3 other times in my life and found it stressful each time. There is so much to decide and I don't want to leave feeling like I haven't received the best deal possible. Today my wife and I completed the process of buying a vehicle from Jim Pattison's, Victoria, our first time here. Each step of the way I felt respected, even though I was anxious, and my requests and questions were met with sincere answers. Abdul gave us inside info on a sale, Chris moved the transaction to a mutually satisfying conclusion, Murray added value to our purchase. It was three hours from test drive, through negotiation to insurance adjustment and it felt like we were their very first customers. I hope to keep my vehicle for at least a decade and if today was any indication, as we move through each maintenance cycle or potential repair I'm feeling confident that we will continue to be treated as though our purchase mattered to the employees, management and owners of Pattison Toyota.
