January 16, 2017Lewistown Cabinet Center, Inc has been in business since and pride ourselves with an impeccable customer service recordWe go above and beyond to make the customer happy. There are several points to this complaint that I am disputing.1) The customer's contract was made with ** [redacted] General Contracting, [redacted] ***, PO box **, Haskell NJ***and not directly with LCC, Inc.2) I can not attest to any details or agreements made between those parties.3) The form attached to this contract showing a [redacted] door being pointed out with the notes" Baltic Birch, Frame SAP poplar"Is from a fax provided to [redacted] ***, and is an internal note for our information only and does not indicate a select by the customer.4) Our record show this order as a raised panel door designWhich they received.5) LCC was not informed of the discrepancy until almost years had past.6) The paint color that was ordered does not have a Putty stick availableonly option would be to get a small amount of paint for touch up purposes, Which was explained to the customer,7) Scott was trying to pacify the customer and contact [redacted] on his behalfWhich he did but is unable to force them to follow up with the customer.8) My understanding is that these cabinets have been exposed to excessive abuse and the putty stick is not going to be enough to repair said damagesBring up the "wrong" door style at this time seems to be an effort to rejuvenate the appearance of the kitchen at no cost to the customer,Douglas KPresident
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because there is no mention of a common ground as far as the incorrect product being deliveredAgain, I am not merely requesting something for nothing but instead would like the company to acknowledge and rectify the issue Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because there is no mention of a common ground as far as the incorrect product being delivered. Again, I am not merely requesting something for nothing but instead would like the company to acknowledge and rectify the issue.
