My name is ***. I am a fourth generation retailer and co-owner of Lewiston Ace Hardware. I received an email from Ace Corporation and now a correspondence from the Revdex.com. I reached out to my management team of Lewiston Ace hardware asking why I was getting an email for a simple return. Our family has a no hassle return policy. We pride ourselves with 105 years of repeat business because of policies like these. Mr. Was treated unfairly at our location. I contacted him directly to apologize about the incident. Karen is a great associate at our Lewiston location. Karen should have never treated Mr. In that manner. I will be holding a meeting with her and management Monday morning. Mr. Appreciated the phone call and the time we spent speaking. He assured me he liked our location our staff but was disappointed in this transaction. Because of my phone call and our conversation he assured me he would be continuing to visit our location. I was excited to hear that to prove Mr. He is not only a customer but our guest. I will continue to work harder and train our people and policies for incidents like this never happen again.
