Yes, as previously stated after looking into this a little further and speaking with others that were working this, I have found that we were able to change the address on of the shipmentsThe 4th shipment was a comforter set which was already labeled and loaded on the truckA new order was placed for the comforter and a credit will be issued to the original shipment to the wrong address, once we are able to access the order.We double checked the shipping address and of the shipments were changed to the correct addressThe shipping address listed is: [redacted] **We were unable to change the address on the comforter as the label was already printed and the package was loaded on the truck for deliveryOnce the package has been loaded on the delivery truck we are unable to make changes or cancellationsWe have placed a new order to the correct address for the comforterAlso, a full credit will be applied to the original shipment for the comforter going to the wrong address

No corrective action has been taken plus the added insult contained in their reply to you:FIGI's PolicyThe company(perpetrator) can "erroneously" takeunauthorized funds from a customer's(victims) bank account illegally and eventhough this can cause subsequent payments and checks to be refused by the bank,accruing extra penalties and fees, and effecting personal,business and banking relationships with the accompanying damage to their creditprofile....Figi's company policy is that until the customer(victim)becomes aware of the situation, investigates, acquires and provide proof tosaid company, they will not investigate or take corrective measures.This is ludicrous and is not indicative of an appropriate,honest businessCertainly not the kind of company you'd want to do businesswith!! Psychological, from that poor service, I feel so helpless and very much heras me mega they did to me that day. In this case Incorporation should be more involved in case like this one. I will try get more satisfaction then just also poor letter , where they said that I got money back. Anyway, I did not get product, which I ordered.
