Company responded via phone as follows:Consumer's daughter was seen in May All documents were submitted to the insurance company for pre authorization of treatmentSeptember of 2017, the business received a denial letter from the insurance company stating the service did not meet medicaid guidelineAs a courtesy, it was resubmitted in November and it was denied again As far as the rudeness of the staff member She is no longer with the companyThe front office did speak with consumer in November and she was advised of denial and stated she would call back and the company has not heard from her since that time.This matter has been ongoing since and insurance company continues to deny pre-authorization If she is unhappy with the denial patient can appeal with her insurance but their is nothing further we can do at this time
