Ok I will try to make this short..... I had [redacted] for years and was very satisfied with this FAMILY owned business, then they merged with Lewis and it has been downhill from there. This weekend (Sunday) I noticed my tank was empty (never been empty before) w/ [redacted]. So I called and got the emergency people who are there on the weekends and she said someone would call me right back. Hours later I got a call from some Mark guy and he said they would deliver fuel to me on Monday, I also noticed that we were never notified to schedule a appointment for our service contract as we always purchase a service contract to maintain our boiler & hot water heater. Mark said "oh we don't call you, you should call us" WTH ???? I have always received calls from the oil company to schedule these, not the other way around.

So it gets better, Mark tells me to call the office Monday morning to schedule a cleaning so I called and spoke to Jessica who told me "oh we have you down for today @ 2:00 pm .... that's nice to know so I said ok. 3:00 pm rolls around and I'm still waiting for someone to come over so I call the office only to find out that my appointment was cancelled. Now I'm fit to be tied and I have had it with this company. I will get the cleaning that I had paid for then I will FIRE these people. LOL. No customer service at all, that went out the window when they merged. Plus got two different price quotes, Mark told me the price was 2.949 and Jessica told me 2.74. These people need to get their act together. Do yourself a favor and try to find a family owned business.

Review: Taylor Fuel states under their service agreement, that circulator motors & gaskets are covered in the service agreement I signed.

On April *, 2014, we called Taylor Fuel because our burner was leaking. A serviceman came, installed a TACO 007 F5 714c circulator and left.

On May **, 2014, we received an invoice for $405.13. I called Taylor Fuel to ask WHY we received an invoice, since circulators are covered in the service agreement I signed. They're response was a "TACO 007 circulator is only covered under the "gold" service agreement. You have a "blue" agreement". In addition, they offered to waive the service fee, but I am responsible to pay for the part, which they charge $207.00. The same circulator can be found in Home Depot for $81.98. I spoke to the customer service representative, who was extremely unhelpful and aloof.

I have escalated the problem to their [redacted], who needs to speak to the technician who installed the circulator in my home. . I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at Taylor Fuel.Desired Settlement: I am not responsible for the part, since Taylor Fuel's service contract is misleading and vague.

One of the worst oil companies I have ever had experience with. I am on auto-delivery but the oil never gets delivered on time. I ran out at 8pm oil so I called their emergency center and the call is in queue for 1/2 hour then hangs up. Kept calling finally someone picked up took down my information and they tell me that they can't get in touch with their service technician and they will get to me as soon as they can. Spent the entire night with no heat with a new born infant with outside temperatures in single digit for over 10 hours. Finally called a different oil company they told me to go get diesel and explained how to get the heat working. STAY AWAY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.
