unfortunate circumstances that were out of our control which occurred related to this complaintUpon learning of our client's displeasure, we offered to prepare his son's tax returns for no charge and provided a significant discount on his tax preparation service chargeOur client accepted these services and the discountUpon recently learning of our client's continued dissatisfaction with our services and the delay in receiving his tax refunds, we reached out to our client in an effort to resolve the issueWe suggested that he forward any late payment penalty notices he may receive in the future to us for remediationWe did not receive any response from our client.Our firm stands behind the services we provide and we take care of our clientsSince our client was not pleased with our services, we are providing a full discount for his fees, as requested by our clientWe will continue to strive to provide quality services to our clients at a reasonable priceWe are sorry that our client was not satisfied with the services we provided this year

unfortunate circumstances that were out of our control which occurred related to this complaint. Upon learning of our client's displeasure, we offered to prepare his son's tax returns for no charge and provided a significant discount on his tax preparation service charge. Our client accepted these services and the discount. Upon recently learning of our client's continued dissatisfaction with our services and the delay in receiving his tax refunds, we reached out to our client in an effort to resolve the issue. We suggested that he forward any late payment penalty notices he may receive in the future to us for remediation. We did not receive any response from our client.Our firm stands behind the services we provide and we take care of our clients. Since our client was not pleased with our services, we are providing a full discount for his fees, as requested by our client. We will continue to strive to provide quality services to our clients at a reasonable price. We are sorry that our client was not satisfied with the services we provided this year.
