Development (HUD) for our rents. We operate the meal program within the guidelines of HUD and the lease. The HUD guidelines state we are able to ask the tenants to notify us ahead of time of their absence from the property in order to receive a refund.I am not able to honor his request as I am not able to do so for other tenants who have not completed the requested paper work prior to leaving.Sincerely, Courtney N
