Booked a bus for the students at The University of Toronto. The driver was late to pick everyone up & he inputted the incorrect address into his GPS driving us several kilometeres off course. He had only realized he was driving the wrong way after being confronted by a student. The representative Shelley L. never answers my calls unless I call with a different number. She said she would reply back to my emails but hasn't done so for 6 days. When she picked up yesterday she refused to tell me what her hours of operation were and hung up abruptly when I asked when I could call if she doesn't reply to my email.
