Lew Englert with Lew's Tree Removal

Lew Englert of Lew's Tree Service took a "down payment" of $250 to cut down for trees from our yard. He told me he wouldn't cash the check until the trees were cut down and that he would be back that night. He did in fact cash the check within twenty minutes of leaving the property and never returned to cut the trees down . He stopped returning calls and hasn't gotten ahold of us. We soon found out he just got out of jail for doing the same thing to elderly people.
