Finalized Floor Plans and have been waiting on construction package since May 5th. He is not responding to calls or e-mails since May
Signed 12-month Agreement 6/19/2019; finalized floor plans May 5, 2020 and I haven't heard from him since even after numerous e-mails and calls no response. I know he was fine but he just wouldn't respond to me. I cannot use the floorpan as it is copyrighted. He owes me the constructions drawings I have paid him already over $28,000 dollars and I have a floorpan I can't build with.

Me. H has failed to deliver the agreed upon product. Has missed all deadlines and refuses to collaborate to resolve this issue.
Mr. H has yet to deliver the final bid plans, construction documents, and structural engineer documents. He has failed to return calls, make the requested changes which were requested multiple times. He has also declined to collaborate to come to an amicable resolution. He has been unreachable and cotes several excuses such as I am a one man operation, my phone awa's lost or stolen, and several personal problems. I would like him to deliver the final product with the changes I have requested and the remainder of the agreed upon services by June 15, 2020 or refund my last payment and provide my with the electronic documents he has developed to date.
Our last email communication consisted of him declining to move forward and discuss this matter.
