I have Levolor Top up bottom down shades, Bought new in The cords wear out which is not unexpected I have sent in of the five blinds already and sending the fifth one in to get re-stringed Each and every time the process is simple and the blinds are retuned in working order I have not had any problem with the companies response or willingness to repair a blind under the warranty
I have Kirsch blinds throughout my house, which were ordered and installed in Feb., I recently broke a bracket which holds a blind which was installed on a heavily used door to the outside I also noticed that some the small plastic caps under the bottom rail of this blind had fallen out I went to several home improvement stores without any success I called the customer service phone number given in the info for our blinds at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and had such a wonderful experience! The call was answered quickly and I was transferred to a pleasant young woman named ***, which knew exactly what I was talking about (I had no idea what the parts I needed were called and was frustrated) *** named the parts, referenced our order number,verified our address and phone number (which had not changed) and ordered the parts at no cost She said they'd arrive in business days, on September 19th I am soooooo pleased with ***'s customer service skills and learned that she'd only worked for the company since
April I complimented her and sent a positive review about her service to her supervisor
