I purchased a Leviton RF fan control switch for $and it stopped working within month I called Leviton and they requested I send them the switch back I followed their instructions and returned the switch They sent me email notification that they received the switch They told me they would send a new switch months later I still do not have a switch Calling in to them is a 30-minute process that gets nowhereI was originally told the replacement switch was shipped After not receiving I called back and then was told the new switch was being quality control checked Most recently I have been told no switches were available and they would call me back within hours with an update (which has never happend)Very unhappy with their customer service and want either a new working switch or a full refund
