one of our managers, the [redacted] family experience could have been very different as we would have dealt with this immediately. This does not excuse our staff's behavior and we do apologize for their experience.Regarding the $99 full refund settlement amount request, we are happy to extend a $99 credit which the [redacted] family can enjoy during their next visit to Levi's.
