My son saved up all summer for a pair of *** sneakers and the price on the box is $220.00 he was charged a non priced amount of $280.00 even though the price was $220.00 on the box.
My son is very upset he was ripped off $60.00.
We would like to get that amount back as it is only fair to teach our children the same methods we all should be using.
I almost never complain if its a little over but $60.00 is almost 30%.
The manager would not even take them back, and they are still un-worn in box with all tags on them.
We would like you to help us out with this.
He told us he was a re-seller but all stores resell merchandise with tags on them marking the prices as was on the box of sneakers.
Last I knew the law stipulates that if its marked that's the price you pay not what someone else tells you.
