Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us of this complaintThe account in question is [redacted] **The account was set up last March by a care taker ( [redacted] )At the time he was responsible for paying bills and used his Credit Card for automatic billingIn November *** [redacted] changed the credit card on file to hersThe account was still set up as auto bill pay and when renewal of a Service Plan came due it was charged to the card on file on 12/1/We also mailed a copy of the invoice to *** to notify her of the chargeThe plan does not go into effect until 1/1/and gives the customer days to cancel should they wish to before it gets startedAfter that date service plans are non refundable as stated in our termsOur representative (***) was simply informing Anne that these were our terms.Due to the confusion by [redacted] we have made a one time exception to our terms and refunded the full amount of the service plan $back to her Credit Card Best Regards, [redacted]
