[redacted] changed the credit card on file to hers. The account was still set up as auto bill pay and when renewal of a Service Plan came due it was charged to the card on file on 12/1/14. We also mailed a copy of the invoice to [redacted] to notify her of the charge. The plan does not go into effect until 1/1/15 and gives the customer 30 days to cancel should they wish to before it gets started. After that date service plans are non refundable as stated in our terms. Our representative ([redacted]) was simply informing Anne that these were our terms.Due to the confusion by [redacted] we have made a one time exception to our terms and refunded the full amount of the service plan $592.37 back to her Credit Card. Best Regards, [redacted]
Terrible company with poor customer service. The tech could not even figure out why one condenser was not working. I had to call in another A/C company, whose tech took 10 minutes to figure out it had to do with an issue with the thermostat. He fixed this in less than 1 minute. Levco's customer service people were rude and unhelpful.
Review: MY complaint is regarding an unauthorized 12 month service contract for $592.37 starting in December 2014 and charged to my credit card. I never signed a service contract with this company, and when my credit card statement came in Jan. 2015 I saw this charge. Promptly, I called the company and asked to have it removed and they said it was too late. They claimed I had to have called in Dec. to cancel the contract (I didnt know I had a contract in Dec.) so, I offered to pay for the portion of the time the contract was in force, from Dec. until my call in Jan. and again they said they wouldnt pro rate the contract and will not give me a refund for the unused portion. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and the person on the phone, [redacted], said he wasnt talking to me anymore, would not transfer me and hung up! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, but this is a shoddy way of doing business and I wanted to file a formal complaint. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $592.37 because I felt I was taken advantage of and was treated poorly by the company. I tried to be reasonable in asking for the refund to be pro rated, even though I didn't know I was being charged for the contract. But the company employee hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone who had the authority to issue a refund.
