This is a company hired by major chain stores to handle glass and door issues in store They are a middle man They do not pay their bills on time but major reason is I had one of their men who answers phone screamed at me yesterday when I was trying to explain to him what was wrong at this family dollar storeI ask to speak to a supervisor and he proceeded to scream at meI mean scream at me He cussed and through end a fit Problem at store was completely different from other problems they have had at this storeThey owe my company money from January When this company calls to see if u can help them out-which is exactly what this business is-help them out and to be treated like I was yesterday is unacceptable from anyone doing business!
Our company provided "urgent" service & repair for a local business in June 2018, on behalf of Fox Glass of New Jersey, and they have not yet paid us! (It is now August 2018)
Today when I called, "John" (no last name) got on the phone and said I needed to speak with the bookkeeper, but claimed he "is NOT allowed" to give her name & she does NOT take phone callsHe also advised that this "bookkeeper" only works once a week on Tuesdays or Thursdays and he didn't know when she works againI was told to just "call again" to "see if she's in"
This is a very poor way to handle business, and I encourage others to consider the nature of these complaints before dealing with this company
