Review: had captain clog come to our house for a clogged kitchen sink and bathroom sink. the repairman unclog the kitchen sink but left the area he was working on a mess. I have pictures to prove it. Also, said everything was done but found out that the sink now leaked. I had to fix the pipe myself. He was here to unclog the bathroom sink to, but I was told he could not do it because he had another call to go to. Very disappointed in the service I got.Desired Settlement: I think an apology and refund should be issued. It is pretty bad that a business can charge you an outrageous price for the service they give. This will be last time I will ever call them for my plumbing issues, and will not be recommended from me.

Our only regret is that this customer did not notify us immediately after this service occurred. I spoke with [redacted]. [redacted] on 08/30/2013 and advised her she would be receiving the refund immediately. We also asked for copies of the pictures so that we could rectify the situation internally with our service technician.
