I ordered an item from this company, never received item, they never replied to emails.
I ordered *** markers for *** from this company via *** on ***. I received a confirmation of my order, however no shipment email. I first reached on on ***, emailing and asking about the order. They have never replied and I have never received the product I paid for.

I ordered a product on ***. I never received a shipment notification until I emailed them on *** which said my order had been shipped and gave a tracking number. The information with the tracking number has never changed from 'shipping label created'. I have tried contacting them via email, since that is the only information given, numerous times and have never received another response.

This online company claims to send a box of art supplies at the beginning of the month. I have signed up and paid in advance for a 3 month subscription in ***.
Since then, I have only received one box, only after I complained about receiving no email, or notification of a box being shipped at the END of ***.
I have received no information or box for ***, and I have reached out multiple times through their site and no one has gotten back to me.
On their website, they claim to get back to you within 24 hours. It has been a few weeks since the first email I sent.
I would not recommend this business, it seems like fraud. I just looked up the address on their website and I do not see their business listed.
