Mr. [redacted] complaint is clearly with DRS Title & Transfer which is a completely separate and independent corporation. I am not an owner of any portion of that company and my company, Destiny Resorts, is not responsible nor liable for any...

activity related to DRS Title & Transfer. All reference to DRS Title & Transfer were removed from my company web site some time ago. [redacted] Behn-[redacted] does not and has not worked for Destiny Resorts for over 2 plus years which the web site also reflects.
This complaint should be filed against DRS Title & Transfer.
Additionally, Mr. [redacted] statements regarding our phone conversation are completely false and inaccurate with the exception that I absolutely did tell him he and his wife did not know what the other was doing...which is fact and can be proven by numerous e mails and phone conversation records showing communication between DRS Title & Transfer and Mrs. [redacted].
