Our parent company has been in contact with [redacted] and she has not provided proper proof from the venue that she was not allowed to attend the concert due to a double sold ticket or fraudulent ticket. If she is able to prove her claim she will receive 200% refund as stated on our website....
Mistakes do happen but the third party seller and our parent company don't show the ticket was double sold. We can't pay out claim just because someone says they were not allowed into the event because people would say this because they couldn't attend the event for whatever personal reason they had after they purchased the ticket. I'm not saying this is the case in this particular incident but they has been no proof provided to show otherwise. When this is provided we will be more than happy to offer the 200% refund.
