Review: I went to this business and was charged to my card a different amount then I authorized due to a suggested once the merchent had my card in her hand she charged what she wanted.Desired Settlement: I would like my full money back from this massage for my inconvenience. If not a full refund at least the suggested tip amount of which I was forced to pay. The business should change their prices rather than advertise their service for a lower amount and then force a tip on their customers.

She was at Let's Massage on Feb 09 2014. We did not charge her whatever we liked. Our special prices was listed $35 for 45mins. This is the service she got. Her card ending 6910 was charged $35 with $1 transaction fee,$4 tips. End up the total of $40. We do have a receipt and a total batch out report. We did not force her to write the tip. That is not the visit I am speaking of...I am speaking of a visit from another date which I can access from my bank records and you DID charge my card with a tip and amount I did not authorize. I went to your business once and was satisfied. I am speaking of my second trip to your business where this occured. You also do not let your customers know about your dollar transaction charge by the way.
