Review: I emailed Let R Buck in November of 2013 to ask about bull riding classes in December. [redacted] responded:"Dec 14/15 we are holding an event and a school in NJ. If you are interested in that weekend send payment in full $325.00 toLET R BUCK[redacted]The following week is Christmas so there will not be any classes."As soon as I said I was mailing my payment, she said to call on that Monday January 13th to confirm details. We had both previously and clearly been speaking about December, and when asked she said that no the school would be on January 18th/19th. I was moving out of the area at the end of December and could not come then, but it seems to me like I was scammed out of my money as both parties were obviously talking about December to begin with and as soon as I said I sent my money they switched the date on me knowing I couldn't come. I have been contacting them since December, with either no responses or unprofessional responses, and nobody ever returned my phone calls. I finally got JW on the phone a month ago (two months after I asked for my money back) and he said sure, no problem, he would send the check with my refund. It has now been a month since that conversation and no check has arrived, neither have I gotten a response when asking about it.This is completely unfair and misleading and I feel like I was scammed with some bait and switch.Desired Settlement: I just want my $325 back.
