I ordered and paid in full, for custom sweaters to be made, at this store in August I selected the style and color when they arrived they were not what I ordered I returned them, spoke with the store and with the owner, Nancy Lord herself repeatedly since then She continues to promise they will arrive but finds new excuses everytime we speak Today she claimed she did not have my address
