This company did an excellent job fixing my computer. Very impressive service. The technician was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

[redacted] was very courteous. they really know what they're doing. I recommend them to every body that's tired of dragging there computer back to the shop. they'll do the littlest things for you /the teadious ones. they're great . go ahead. keep being stubborn.

Review: My computer needed a complete cleaning and I hired them for two years to do the job.The first time I used them, after cleaning my computer, I found that one of the items on my computer was missing. It is called a Side Bar, with a calendar, clock, and weather bug, I tried on my own to bring it back and could not.It took over 3 hours for many different technicians until one could finally fix it. A few weeks later I went to open my saved pictures and could not open each picture, again from the the first cleaning this also had not been put into place. Again another three hours.Each time I kept getting transferred from one tech to another and NO ONE could fix this problem. Each time I spoke to a new tech that person wanted the problem repeated and then would go into my computer and do the exact same thing the last person did, I must have talked to 15 techs. No one fixed my problem.I was very unhappy and they gave me my money back but as I had told them I would contact the Revdex.com they sent me an email saying "please don't contact the Revdex.com, because we gave you your money back." No mention of the stress that I had to put up with and then they couldn't figure it out.I had the worst experience of my adult hood with this horrid customer service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have no idea of what they are doing.

I want this report to go into your files as a company that could not figure out how to repair the mistake that they made, even after 3 hours and many, many different people tried to do it.

Ms. [redacted] first contacted us on May 31th stating she had a " virus notification" on her computer and needed assistance. GuruAid's advisor ran SUPERAntiSpyware, a software application used for some basic diagnostics. After the scan was completed numerous issues were detected on her computer. The session was transferred to a Senior Technician for further assistance and it was resolved with the confirmation taken from Ms. [redacted] on chat. It took approximately two hours to fix the issues because some of the infections found in Ms. [redacted]' computer were critical and had to be removed from the source of origin to prevent them from reoccurring in the future. Ms, [redacted] signed up for a two year Annual Subscription.

Ms. [redacted] contacted us a week later, on June 6,th, with a new issue where she was unable to open the images on her computer directly, Ms. [redacted] GuruAid advisor offered assistance by taking the on remote to get it fixed. However, Ms. [redacted] informed us to call back after 30 minute, as her company had arrived. A call back was scheduled, but Ms. [redacted] was unreachable at the scheduled time. Voice messages were left to contact us. Ms. [redacted] then contacted us on the same day to get the images issue fixed. GuruAid advisor took customer's computer on remote; session was transferred to the Senior GuruAid technician to get the issue fixed. During the course of troubleshooting GuruAid technician diagnosed that there in order to view the images there is a requirement of software, but was not on Ms. [redacted]' computer. In order to install the software, it had to be first downloaded into customer's computer. GuruAid's technician explained to Ms. [redacted] that it would take time to get the software downloaded and installed, but then the issue would be fixed. However, in the middle of the troubleshooting, Ms. [redacted] disconnected from the session stating that it was taking too long to get the issue fixed. Customer Service tried to reach Ms. [redacted] after she was disconnected but she was unreachable. Later Ms. [redacted] sent an email stating her dissatisfaction. When she was contacted she was not interested in continuing the services.

We initiated a full refund.
