Review: I placed an order for 2 bracelets on January 26, 2014. The order totaled $65. I have yet to receive the bracelets and have sent upwards of 15 inquiries regarding the order. There is no telephone number to contact the company. I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off.Desired Settlement: I would like my $65 refunded to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order on December 13, 2013 through the website for a bracelet. Received an order confirmation and e-mail guaranteeing Christmas delivery. I have yet to receive the product. My wife and I have tried to e-mail, contact through Facebook and Twitter, all with no response. I would just like to receive a refund of the full $40 order I placed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $40 bracelet since I have not received it.

Review: I ordered two bracelets from Lessie and Pearl. When they came, they were not what I ordered and one was broken. After several emails, the owner ([redacted]) finally got back to me and said she would get back to me. another week went by and nothing. So, I returned the bracelets and requested a refund. This was a month ago. I have not heard from [redacted] nor have I received a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of $86
