On 11 Mar I paid for a product on the less4gadget.com website. Its status is still showing as "processing", I have not received it. No e-mail response
On 11 March 2018 I registered on the less4gadget.com website. I paid $28.99 USD plus $5.99 USD for shipping and handling to my home address in Okinawa, Japan. The item description on the less4gadget.com website reads as follows: "Replacement Acer Veriton 1000 AC Adapter Power Supply 135W Item# XX-XXXXX-XXX-XX".

When I logged into the less4gadget.com website 1 April 2018 to check my order's status, my order is listed as "processing" and not "shipped", "paid for", or any other descriptive information. This was surprising to me since the less4gadget.com website states that "Orders placed on Sunday through Thursday are processed within 24 hours of receipt." Given I have received confirmation from PayPal of my paying for the product, and it has been well over 24 hours of receipt (this was paid for on 11 March 2018), why is the order still listed as "processing"?

I have tried e-mailing the quoted e-mail address given for customer service enquiries (***@less4gadget.com), however I have had no response.
