Less-Co Roofing

Review: Our new roof was damaged due to something LessCo did during install. We can't get them to respond at all to make them remedy the situation.

We had our roof installed at the end of July. During the installation they must have removed our satellite dish. Then they just stuck it back on. They used the wrong bolts and they also put a big crack and split all through the plywood at the bottom. This part you can see from standing in the yard. The dish installer came to see why it wasn't working he said three of the bolts were stripped and that it wasn't installed properly. Had we known that they were removing it we would have called to have it remounted.

We need someone to come and replace that part of the roof all the way down to replacing the plywood that is damaged.

We have been calling Lessco and our contractor for over three weeks. So far no response.

We have received a bill for this and have the check ready to go but have not sent it yet since we can't get anyone to fix it. Should we send the payment or wait until we get some kind of resolution?Desired Settlement: We are seeking to have that portion of the roof replaced including the plywood underneath. We would also like them to inspect the rest of the roof very carefully to make sure everything is up to code and done well before they leave.
