Im happy to report that the issues that were the base of my complaint were resolved ,and there is no further need to contact them as they call the day after I was told you they were emailed by the Revdex.com and stopped ignoring the situation as well and came up with a satisfactory
resolution.So you may close this complaint or howvever you handle resolved complaints.Please write back and let me know if you are closing this now or what happens next?Thank You for your help,*** **
